No-Bake Gluten-Free Energy Bites
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups certified gluten-free rolled oats
- 2/3 cup peanut butter or almond/sunflower butter
- 1/3 cup honey or maple syrup
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips gluten-free
- 2 tbsp ground flaxseed optional
Instructions
- Stir all ingredients in a bowl until evenly combined.
- Chill 20–30 minutes if sticky.
- Roll into 1-inch balls. Store in an airtight container in the fridge up to 1 week.
