GluJoy is owned and published by VIA Media LLC, a publishing and media company with more than 20 years of experience across media, magazines, and television. Abdessalam Alaoui is the owner and CEO of VIA Media LLC and the founder and publisher of GluJoy. Our publishing operations and professional network span the United States, the MENA region, and Europe.

Every GluJoy page has a responsible human editor. Team bylines link to an author page with a biography and that author’s published content. Named specialist credentials, photographs, contributions, and review dates are published only after the engagement and permission are confirmed.

Our purpose

We create content for people who want useful gluten-free recipes and practical guidance—not content produced primarily to manipulate search rankings. Each article or recipe should answer a real reader need, add original explanation or practical value, and be clear about who created it and why.

Research, sources, and health topics

• Recipe and cooking content is edited for clear ingredients, steps, timing, substitutions, serving information, and relevant cross-contact cautions.
• Ingredient labels, manufacturing practices, and medical guidance can change. We favor current primary or authoritative sources for safety, celiac, nutrition, and health-related statements and link or name those sources when useful.

• We identify hands-on recipe testing or qualified professional review only when it actually occurred, and state the reviewer’s contribution where appropriate.

Editorial workflow

1. Plan: define the reader question, intended audience, and original value the page should provide.
2. Create: develop the recipe or article with appropriate sources, original explanation, and clear safety context.
3. Edit: a human editor checks clarity, internal consistency, claims, links, disclosures, and whether the byline and expertise match the content.
4. Review when needed: a qualified independent specialist may review nutrition, celiac, allergy, medical, or food-safety material that requires professional expertise.
5. Publish and maintain: we monitor reader feedback, broken links, new evidence, and changed product information and update material when warranted.

Digital tools and artificial intelligence

Digital tools, including artificial-intelligence-assisted tools, may help with outlining, formatting, language refinement, transcription, image preparation, or administrative work. A human editor remains accountable for the published result, checks factual and safety-sensitive claims, and decides what is published.
