Instructions
In a large pot, brown ground beef over medium heat; drain excess fat if needed.
Add onion, carrots, and celery; cook 5 minutes until softening. Stir in garlic for 30 seconds.
Add tomatoes, broth, potatoes, corn, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Bring to a boil.
Reduce heat and simmer 25–30 minutes until vegetables are tender.
Taste and adjust seasoning. Ladle into bowls and serve hot.
